Job Description

Technical Requirements

  • Core Java: 6+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in Java 17+ (Sealed classes, Records, Virtual Threads, and Stream API).
  • Spring Ecosystem: Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security (OAuth2/JWT), and Spring Data JPA.
  • Messaging & Streaming: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for high-throughput event processing and asynchronous communication.
  • Containerization: Proven experience with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Experience building automated pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Observability: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

 

Soft Skills

  • Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex distributed system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Communication: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: A "continuous learning" mindset to stay updated with the rapidly evolving Java/Spring ecosystem.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Reactive Programming (Project Reactor/WebFlux).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience in the FinTech or E-commerce domains handling high-transaction volumes.
