Job Purpose

'The Product Manager – JLG will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the JLG product within the JLG Loans business unit. Based in Mumbai at Naman Chambers, the role involves strategic oversight of product development, process optimization, market analysis, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, streamline operations, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

'Primary Responsibilities

•           Develop ongoing market insights and identify sector trends.

•           Evaluate competitor offerings and conduct SWOT analysis to uncover opportunities.

•           Configure product features and positioning based on market dynamics.

•           Conduct post-launch product audits and competitor re-evaluation.

•           Analyse product and portfolio performance metrics.

•           Refine pricing structures and adjust marketing and promotional strategies.

•           Assess channel performance and rationalize product portfolios.

•           Design innovative and seamless customer journeys.

•           Customize and digitize loan processes and system platforms.

•           Determine product pricing using market research and cost analysis.

•           Analyze the PnL, To find relevant trends and shar the same with stakeholders

 

Secondary Responsibilities

•           Develop and deliver training modules for internal teams.

•           Coordinate with support verticals and stakeholders for smooth product operations.

•           Maintain MIS and product decks for periodic reviews.

•           Engage with sales teams daily to drive disbursal volumes and maximize reach.
