Role Summary: The Marketing Manager – B2C is responsible for leading and executing the company’s B2C Marketing strategy, managing Client leads received from Meta and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication and convincing skills , Travel product knowledge , Instagram , meta champion. Have own followers and Reel creator . It requires to convert leads generated through Digital tools into Bookings with speedy TAT(Turnaround Time)

1.Travel Product Knowledge
- All Products offerings knowledge
- work with Digital Marketing team to generate relevant sales Reels
2. High-Frequency Field Sales Execution
- Daily
Agent Visits: This is a heavy TAT requiring the
stamina to close Leads into Bookings within 4 hrs . - Product
Pitching & Lead Generation: During these Online meetings, you must confidently discuss Touracle’s travel products, build
relationships, and actively covert the lead into booking
3. Professional Presence & Communication
- Strong
Personality: You should be an engaging, professional, and
high-energy personality that can build immediate trust with Travellers requesting quotations for Staycations, vacations, Familay Holidays etc - Bilingual
Fluency: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English
and Hindi are mandatory to effectively pitch products and handle
objections on the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing
targets as per company goals. - Monitor Marketing
performance and analyse market
trends to optimize business strategies. - Implement pricing strategies and Marketing
promotions to drive conversions.
- Ensure daily Marketing reporting and
accurate data management.ad, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B Marketing executives and assistant
managers. - Attend regular training sessions to
enhance product knowledge and Marketing skills. - Handle high-value
negotiations and resolve client
concerns efficiently. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies,
and emerging opportunities. - Provide insights to senior
management to improve Marketing strategies and offerings. - Recommend product and
service improvements based on customer feedback. - Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Align Marketing strategies
with marketing campaigns for better lead conversion. - Ensure compliance with
company policies and industry regulations.
Preferred Qualifications &
Experience:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business,
Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience in B2C Marketing, preferably
in the tourism and hospitality sector.
· Proven track record of achieving and
exceeding Marketing targets.
· Experience with CRM tools, Marketing analytics, and reporting.
