We are seeking an accomplished and visionary technology leader to head large-scale software engineering and business-critical platform operations within a global and multicultural environment. The role will drive strategic transformation, operational excellence, innovation, and delivery governance across mission-critical digital platforms and engineering portfolios.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in engineering leadership, software delivery, platform operations, AI-driven transformation, organizational scaling, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead high-performing global teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Leadership & Engineering Management

  • Lead and scale large engineering organizations managing mission-critical digital platforms, applications, and cloud-based services.
  • Drive technology strategy, operational excellence, and engineering transformation aligned with business priorities and customer expectations.
  • Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture, development, deployment, operations, and service reliability.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders, innovation teams, and business units to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.
