Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two with strong ties to the local community. I began my career working for another State Farm agent right out of college and opened my own agency shortly after, bringing a strong foundation and drive to build something meaningful.

I’m a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time. We’re very active in the community, supporting local sports and sponsorships, and have become a trusted presence in a small, close-knit area.

For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, life insurance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Our office culture is laid-back and community-focused, but still driven to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is resilient, confident, and not afraid of hearing “no” - someone who can overcome objections, stay motivated, and grow within a supportive, small-team environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hayden Stewart - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
