ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I owned a fitness company, which taught me the value of leadership, discipline, and helping people achieve their goals. The flexibility, growth potential, and opportunity to build a long-term career were what drew me into the insurance industry.
I graduated from Pennsylvania State University and enjoy spending time on the golf course whenever I can. Our agency is also very active in the community through sponsorships, golf outings, and fundraising efforts that support local schools and organizations.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Hassinger - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
