Job Description

Zambezi is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing Client Services team.

In this role, you will be a versatile force driving projects forward for our exciting and diverse roster of clients. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute small and mid-sized projects across all media channels with flawless precision, under the guidance of the Account Director
  • Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for day-to-day clients
  • Have an extreme eye for detail to lead the management and cataloging of final assets, clearance, and trafficking of deliverables to ensure quality assurance and campaign excellence
  • Partner closely with Project Management on the overall organization of the account(s) across meeting invites, timelines, processes, etc.
  • Coordinate with client and agency Finance teams to oversee monthly billing, manage budgets, and ensure the accuracy of all estimates and invoices
  • Maintain expertise on the client’s business and competitive landscape through diligent research and quarterly reportsCommunicate effectively across all departments to facilitate seamless information flow and project alignment
  • Partner with outside agency partners (media, social/influencer, PR, etc) to ensure a smooth production process and flawless campaign delivery
  • Demonstrate a relentless curiosity for the client’s industry and the advertising industry at large; share actionable insights with the internal team


  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising and/or marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in broadcast, digital or social production.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Drive, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with a high level of independence.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with confidence and presence in various settings.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to all assignments.
