Qualifications

  • Passion for conservative politics and advancing mission-driven work
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, advertising, nonprofit work, or politics
  • Proven ability to build high-trust relationships
  • Strong analytical instincts with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High level of personal accountability and ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree required
