We’re hiring a high-energy, relationship-focused sales professional to grow and manage blood drive partnerships across the assigned market.
This is a true outside sales role—you’ll be in the community daily building relationships, securing new accounts, and driving results that directly impact lives.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new blood drive partnerships
- Build relationships with businesses, schools, churches, and community leaders
- Manage and grow an existing account base
- Deliver presentations to secure participation
- Schedule and coordinate successful blood drives
- Track outreach and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed performance goals
Compensation & Benefits: Beginning base pay: $44,000-$52,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunity up to $7,200 annually based on performance.
