Adam Holtquist State Farm is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager who thrives in a sales-focused environment and is passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys building trust, uncovering customer needs, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

• Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date

• Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth

• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection

• Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

• Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building

• Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and customer inquiries

• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and account management needs

• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track sales activity

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and insurance industry standards

• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities

• Previous sales, account management, business development, retail sales, or insurance experience preferred

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
