The State Street Account Services Implementation team is seeking a versatile individual with strong business analysis and project management skills to support the Account Services workstream in implementing Clients onto the Alpha Platform. The successful candidate must possess skills in functional requirements gathering and documentation; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to gather and interpret client requirements and liaise between business/implementation client and technology teams specializing in Front Office, Middle Office & IBOR. Strong collaboration skills are a must. The candidate must also possess strong project management skills including a proven ability to drive end-to-end client onboarding and implementation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and adherence to agreed milestones.

What you will be responsible for
As an Account Services Implementation Analyst and Project Manager, you will
Support the delivery of Alpha Front-to-Back (F2B) Account Services implementations, contributing to target operating model design and ensuring alignment with client onboarding and servicing requirements
Partner with clients, other Account Services Implementation Leads, Account Services BAU teams, and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear use cases and functional specifications for product development
Coordinate account onboarding and conversion activities, ensuring accurate account setup, data readiness, and alignment with implementation timelines
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the Account Services Account Configuration & Maintenance tool and other tools used by the Account Services function, supporting configuration design, solution validation, and client onboarding activities
Document and validate account lifecycle workflows, including account setup, amendments, and maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with Alpha operating models
Support end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, script validation, and execution coordination
Contribute to Alpha client onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring effective transition from project delivery to BAU Account Services support
Participate in client-facing workshops and working sessions to support requirements gathering, data mapping, and alignment on Alpha configuration standards
Analyze account static data requirements to ensure accurate configuration, supporting downstream processing across the Alpha platform
Ensure all requirements, configuration decisions, and implementation artifacts are documented in line with Alpha governance and control standards
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across onboarding and implementation activities
Facilitate client and internal meetings to review requirements, validate configurations, and track implementation progress
Support end-to-end project delivery for the Account Services implementation by tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and scope
Assist in project planning activities, including development and maintenance of project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reporting
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and issues, coordinating with stakeholders to drive timely mitigation and resolution
Maintain clear and consistent project reporting, providing updates on progress, risks, and key decisions to internal stakeholders and client counterparts
Drive follow-up on action items from project meetings, ensuring accountability and timely closure across all stakeholders

Alpha Platform Expertise: Ability to quickly and efficiently develop a strong working knowledge of Alpha Account Services capabilities, including the Account Configuration & Maintenance (ACM) workflow tool and account lifecycle processes (onboarding, maintenance, and termination).
Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Ability to translate client servicing needs into clear business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
Project Delivery & Governance: Proven capability to manage project timelines, track dependencies, and support delivery through structured frameworks, including risk/issue management and adherence to Alpha implementation standards and lifecycle phases
Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops, align stakeholders, and act as a liaison between clients, Account Services, and technology teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Account Lifecycle & Data Configuration Understanding: Ability to quickly and efficiently develop a proficient understanding of account static data, configuration dependencies, and enrichment processes required to successfully set up and maintain portfolios across the Alpha platform
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field of study
8+ years’ experience in project management or business analysis
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $118,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
