Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in supporting and strengthening our accounting operations as we continue to scale.
This role offers meaningful exposure to multi-state real estate and investment operations, collaboration with executive leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to building public-company–ready financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support multi-entity and multi-state accounting operations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Support audit preparation and lender/investor reporting
- Help design and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Partner with leadership on financial insights and operational decisions
- Assist with system improvements and accounting automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3–6+ years of accounting experience (real estate or multi-entity experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with property management or real estate accounting a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus but not required
