Family Guidance Center of AL is looking for a qualified degrred Accountant with some knowledge of grants management.



Essential functions:




  • Enter weekly grant data and payments into accounting system timely and accurately

  • Responsible for weekly processing of: all grants and related payments; adjustments including voiding, reissuing, and cancellations through the accounting system.

  • Responsible for following appropriate processes and protocols in the grants management process

  • Manage and maintain grant-related records and files

  • Monitor invoices received and input invoices into accounting system

  • Assist in weekly check run preparation.
