Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare accurate and timely customer invoices,
• Daily monitoring of the accounts payable inbox, input, and review of vendor invoice entry,
• Coordinating new vendor& customer setup,
• Assist with annual processing of 1099s,
• Processing of travel-related expense reports and company credit card payments,
• Processing of check payments and ACH,
• Maintain collection efforts & communication with customers,
• Assist with payroll functions, including timesheet review and data entry,
• Review of monthly revenue reporting,
• Set up access and train employees in Deltek Costpoint Time & Expense,
• Assist with the month-end closing process,
• Assist with various Audits & Reviews, and
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum/General/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree– preferably Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years’ experience in Accounting for Government Contracting, to include both accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experience in Deltek Costpoint
