What You’ll Do:

  • Support revenue recognition, internal controls, and management reporting in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies

  • Analyze inventory usage and purchasing variances; partner closely with Operations to identify root causes

  • Reconcile inventory subledger to the general ledger and recommend COGS adjustments as needed

  • Prepare period cost reserves, excess & obsolete (E&O) analyses, and related journal entries

  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and prepare quarterly financial variance explanations

  • Lead and participate in quarterly and annual audits, tax packs, surveys, and physical inventory counts

  • Contribute to special projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and profitability

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation and analysis

  • Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and internal controls

  • Familiarity with government contract compliance, FAR, and CAS regulations (preferred)

  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, TM1, and OneStream (a plus)

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access and work restrictions

Salary Range:

$77,900.00-$103,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
