The Mission

As an Accounting Analyst, you'll take senior-level ownership of core close and reporting work that keeps Worldwide Foam's decisions sharp and timely. This role exists to drive outcomes through clean financial data, disciplined controls, and fast, confident analysis.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support month-end/year-end close; prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Deliver management reporting and financial analysis; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Perform cash reporting and bank reconciliations
- Manage vendor invoices and payment processing
- Partner cross-functionally and help advance process improvement and accounting automation

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in accounting, accounts payable, or financial analysis
- Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and comfort with large data sets
- Detail-driven, organized, and able to work independently while elevating the team
