What You Will Do

  • Manage high-volume invoicing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), including posting payments and reconciling accounts
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding balances and resolve billing questions
  • Set up and support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Work within ServiceTitan to manage invoicing, customer accounts, and financial workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and payroll operations
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and reporting as needed

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (no degree required)
  • ServiceTitan experience is required
  • Experience in the home services industry is a strong plus
  • Strong invoicing, AR, and client follow-up experience
  • Payroll setup or processing experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in an in-office, team-based environment
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

 

Schedule & Compensation

  • In-office position
  • Monday – Friday, standard daytime business hours
  • Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year, based on experience
