Job Description

Do you love numbers, spreadsheets, and making sure everything balances just right? We’re looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team and help keep our finances in tip-top shape.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Juggling account reconciliations and making sure everything adds up.
  • Entering and syncing accounts receivable invoices and payments from a secondary system into NetSuite—keeping everything accurate and up to date.
  • Tackling bank reconciliations so there are no surprises.
  • Handling accounts payable (you’ll be the go-to for getting bills handled on time).
  • Pitching in with audit schedules—because we like being extra prepared.
  • Helping out with other accounting projects as needed (never a dull moment!).

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance or some solid hands-on experience.
  • Someone who’s detail-oriented but can also see the big picture.
  • Comfortable with Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar is a plus).
  • A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in.
