The Lindsay Windows Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for handling the accounts payable functions for multiple sites of Lindsay Windows as part of the shared services team. This is an exciting role which will allow the right person to practice continuous improvement within the job duties, troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide support to site management as necessary.  The ideal candidate with have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and want to Make Things Better! 

Schedule and Location 

Monday- Friday, Full-Time 

This is an on-site position in North Mankato.  

 

Qualifications 

5-7 years experience preferred 

Associate’s degree in accounting or similar preferred 

 

Responsibilities 

Process vendor invoices for payment 

Process receiving 

File Monthly/Quarterly IFTA reports 

Process employee credit card transactions 

Process expense reports 

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies 

Review invoices for sales and use tax 

Process vendor payments via ACH, check and wire 

Reconcile general ledger accounts
