Job Description

Patriot CDJR of Tulsa is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payables and Receivable Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our financial records, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, and supporting the accounting department with accurate transaction management. Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices and payments for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
