JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for performing general accounting clerical duties primarily consisting of cash application, bank deposits, filing, and correspondence with Clients regarding payments.  
 
CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Accurate and timely posting of cash received
  • Prepare Bank Deposits
  • Daily AR reports
  • Contact point for all inquiries regarding receivables.
  • Monitoring customer account details for, skipped payments and other irregularities
  • Perform quality checks for accuracy of work.
  • Manage multiple account projects.
  • Maintain lists, follow-up on corrective actions, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Work on projects or complete administrative duties as assigned.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma.
  • Two or more years of accounts receivable or accounts payable experience
