Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for performing general accounting clerical duties primarily consisting of cash application, bank deposits, filing, and correspondence with Clients regarding payments.

CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Accurate and timely posting of cash received
Prepare Bank Deposits
Daily AR reports
Contact point for all inquiries regarding receivables.
Monitoring customer account details for, skipped payments and other irregularities
Perform quality checks for accuracy of work.
Manage multiple account projects.
Maintain lists, follow-up on corrective actions, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Work on projects or complete administrative duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma.
Two or more years of accounts receivable or accounts payable experience
