Job Description:Assists in implementing and monitoring business plans, strategies, and goals for the company's growth. Manage and execute the acquisition of existing senior living communities and development parcels for senior living housing throughout the United States. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and analyze financial and operational models, forecasts, and project budgets.
- Update Quarterly Asset Management Reports.
- Create detailed market analytics assessing supply, demand, and other market dynamics.
- Report on ongoing project status, variance to plan/budget, and key performance metrics.
- Prepare investment memoranda and other executive-level presentation materials.
- Review due diligence reports and other project documents to ensure consistency with underwriting.
- Participate in the acquisition process to select target investment strategies, markets, and opportunities.
- Prepare loan and equity packages.
- Monitor and track key metrics, going-in assumptions, and project management reports.
- Communicate with senior management and team members regarding project risks and opportunities.
- Travel including overnight when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, real estate, or related field.
- Experience with real estate acquisitions or asset management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Adaptability to change requirements and technologies.
- Must have expertly demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
