Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to enhance the overall well-being of our patients and residents. You will work closely with our Healthcare Team to design and execute activities that cater to individual needs and interests.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities that promote socialization, recreation, and therapy for patients and residents, including crafts, games, and exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team to develop and update activity plans based on individual patient and resident needs.
• Engage with patients and residents to encourage participation, build relationships, and promote a sense of community.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and services.
• Support staff in delivering care and services, as needed.
