Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of engaging activities for our residents, promoting social interaction, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing activities that meet the physical, mental, and social needs of our residents
- Encourage resident participation in activities
- Prepare and set up necessary materials for each activity
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure activities are well-coordinated and safe
- Document resident participation and progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for working with seniors
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to assist in setting up and conducting activities
