Campus Location: Main Campus (Galloway)


Department: School of Education


Salary Information: SFT Adjunct Rate - $2,225 per credit


Work Hours: Varies






Brief Job Overview/Summary


The School of Education at Stockton University is expanding its pool of qualified adjunct (part-time) instructors to teach a variety of undergraduate level courses on our Galloway or Atlantic City Campus in the following disciplines:



  • P-3

  • Elementary

  • Curriculum and Methods

  • ESL

  • Special Education

  • Instructional Technology

  • Middle School Content (Math, LAL, Social Studies, Science)


Opportunities may exist to teach a flexible a schedule that may include teaching assignments during days, evenings and weekends.

Adjunct instructors are expected to:



  • Teach Undergraduate courses as scheduled

  • Access student work and provide timely feedback

  • Use Blackboard (the Learning Management System) to support the course

  • The ability to support Stockton University’s diversity commitment and strong student-centered vision and mission






Required Qualifications:



  • Master’s degree in subject or related discipline

  • Relevant college-level teaching experience in subject area
