 LES Equipment Sales, Inc. is a growing company specializing in the sale and management of construction equipment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help maintain accurate financial and equipment records. 

  

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting administrative and accounting functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile and manage equipment/asset lists
  • Process and track invoices, billing, and related documentation
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support general office operations and administrative duties as needed
