Financial Management
· Support the division chief to oversee the operating budget for the Division of Vascular Surgery, including monthly expenses and accounting.
Clinical Program Oversight
· Works closely with the clinic manager for clinical work operating out of the University Hospital, Farmington Health Center and South Jordan Health Center.
· Acts as the liaison between the division and all clinical outreach destinations, managing the schedule, arranging travel, and ensuring the timely reimbursement for division outreach expenses and billable patient charges. Outreach clinic locations include Roosevelt, Utah, Rock Springs, Wyoming, Evanston, Wyoming, and Elko, Nevada.
· Support expansion of clinical programs across vascular surgery and subspecialties.
Research Administration
· Provides support for research personnel in the division and their mission.
Human Resources & Organizational Development
· Coordinates the hiring of any new faculty, APCs, and staff. Once hired, supports new hires with licensing/credentialing/onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to the team.
Manages all attending and APC licensing, credentialing and hospital appointments; ensures they are renewed in a timely manner
Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) +6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) +4 years of directly related work experience.
This is a Manager-Level position in the Management track.
