About the Department
This is a twelve-month position with full benefits that reports to the Director of the Arkansas Environmental Training Academy.

Position Duties
Specifically, the position assignment includes, but is not limited to:
- Produce (copy and bind) AETA Student Workbooks and course materials.
- Prepare and mail Certificates to AETA Students.
- Prepare and ship course materials to AETA Adjunct Faculty.
- Maintain student records, class records, and mailing lists as required.
- Send a copy of class rosters to the appropriate campus, state and federal agencies.
- Develop/Revise AETA brochures and training schedule.
- Register and send confirmation letters to students for as needed.
- Maintain the AETA social media pages.
- Produce monthly “E-Blast” to market AETA Training.
- Develop and maintain AETA Website.
- Create and edit short media clips of AETA training events to be used to market AETA programs.
- Create and edit training videos to be used in AETA non-credit Internet courses.
- Provide Secretarial support for the AETA Advisory Board.
- Perform general office duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, multi-media, or similar field.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in marketing preferred.
An Associate’s Degree in marketing, multi-media or similar field with 5 years’ documented experience could be considered.

This is an on-campus position. If not residing within a reasonable commuting distance from Camden, AR, relocation is required.
