Job Description
Job Title: Administrative & Accounting Assistant 

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This is a part-time, on-site role working approximately 4 days per week in a manufacturing office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Generate and manage invoices for trucks and related products.
  • Prepare and submit payroll information to Paychex.
  • Run monthly and quarterly reports from our MRP system (pc/MRP).
  • Maintain accurate data and records within internal systems.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience with accounting and administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in computer systems (MRP/ERP experience a plus).
  • Organized and able to manage recurring deadlines.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
