Administrative Assistant
American Cruise Lines, the world’s leading small ship cruise line, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide a broad range of administrative and clerical support in our Guilford, Connecticut corporate office. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general administrative and office duties, including report generation, document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
- Enter and maintain data accurately across various systems and databases.
- Draft, proofread, and format business correspondences.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
