We are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wethersfield, CT.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Vice President and Engineering / Surveying staff.
- Manage office's mailing deliverables and supplies.
- Scheduling, correspondence and coordination with clients.
- Data entry and review of spreadsheets to maintain current and accurate databases.
- Coordinate with other offices.
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with proposal related administrative aspects.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industries.
- Marketing experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational and follow through skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills in MS office - including Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential materials.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
