Pay Rate- $41/ hour
No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.
Responsibilities as Administrative Assistant:
Provide general administrative support to managers and employees, ensuring smooth office operations.
Organize and assist with calendars, appointments, and coordinating meetings
Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents as needed
Follow filing system to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel and providing information as needed
Monitor inventory of office supplies, anticipate needs and verify orders of items when needed.
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:
High School Degree or GED required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior Administrative assistant or similar role preferred.
Candidate must have Healthcare background.
Degree in Healthcare field or Business.
