What You Will Do:

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Community Wraparound Division by managing front desk office operations. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for front desk reception, scanning and organizing documents, printing and distributing resources, ordering supplies, assisting program staff, managing workspace reservations, and assisting with projects.

  • Greets and assists staff and visitors, answers phones and email requests.
  • Maintains building room reservation system.
  • Collects mail from Corporate Office and sorts and distributes appropriately.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive and protected information.
  • Scans, uploads, and files documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Generates regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and paper) for records and documentation.
  • Enters data accurately into relevant software systems.
  • Coordinates and organizes meetings, including scheduling, materials, and logistics.
  • Assists with scheduling and maintenance of 2 company vehicles

 

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products (Publisher/Power Point).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
  • Ability to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications as the need arises.
  • Excellent interpersonal
  • Exhibits proficiency in the use of all office equipment (copier, fax, PC, printers, scanners).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments from time to

Temporary (Seasonal)

Hourly Rate $21.96
