Job Description

Teton Petroleum Transport (TPT) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. TPT delivers fuel to over 40 states for a variety of customers and industries. The Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Administrative Assistant will primarily be focused on:

  • Understand and regulate inventory management and reconciliation processes and procedures.
  • Input, reconcile, and submit for payment inventory receiving documents.
  • Process and code vendor invoices for payments.
  • Maintain regular communication with main office to address inventory and A/P issues or questions.
  • Contact vendors regarding questions and reconciliation issues and work toward resolution of the issues.

 

The preferred candidate for the Administrative Assistant will have the following:

  • Two or more years experience in A/R, A/P, or a related field.
  • Three or more years experience in office administration, office management, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
  • Adheres to the companys values and ethical expectations
  • Able to effectively multitask with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to self-manage and meet required deadlines.
