Clinical Operations Administrative Coordinator



This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking self-starter. You will work directly with Canyon's Clinical Operations team, supporting day-to-day operations across all six of our state branches. We're looking for someone sharp, adaptable, and ready to take initiative — if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems as they come, this role is for you.



Additional Responsibilities:



-Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members



-Manage filing system, schedule appointments and meetings, and up-to-date contact database regularly



-Support colleagues across the Clinical Operations team with a variety of administrative tasks



-Step in and take on challenging, varied tasks as operational needs arise across the company
