About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep our office and operations running smoothly. This role will work closely with company leadership, assisting with a variety of administrative, HR, office management, and employee engagement responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting leadership, employees, and daily operations. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Support HR-related processes, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Help facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding activities
- Coordinate office vendors, service providers, and building maintenance requests
- Assist with company events, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative systems
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed
