Description
St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Parish.
- Must be a highly skilled multi-tasker who operates in an ever-changing environment.
- Will work closely with the Pastor and all Staff members.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must be a Catholic in good standing,
- three or more years of administrative experience,
- knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, Canva),
- possesses strong teamwork skills,
- adapt to changing priorities and respond to requests in a customer service-oriented manner.
- Ability to organize, work independently, maintain confidentiality and present in a courteous and professional manner.
This is a full time (35 hours) position. Successful Applicant will have a background check and must attend a VIRTUS training class.
