Position Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude.



 



Key Responsibilities



* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.



* Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.



* Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.



* Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.



* Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.



* Coordinate office supplies and equipment orders.



* Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.



* Support management with special projects and administrative tasks.



* Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.



* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
