As part of our Customer Service team, you will play an important role in taking care of our existing and new clients. This position requires efficiency with time management, organization and a positive team player. An Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling insurance coverage inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication
- Have the ability and tact to handle difficult customer phone calls and solve complex problems without direct supervision
- Have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
- Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required
