Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will focus on data entry and general office support for our construction company.
General Background/Work Experience Requirements:
- Self motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe PDF documents and other basic computer skills.
- Prior administrative or data entry experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to take initiative.
