- Maintain prompt, polite, and professional attention to staff and students
- Secure substitute classroom coverage as needed
- Coordinate curriculum distribution and collection
- Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of school events
- Serve as an aftercare staff member, providing direct supervision and support to students during aftercare hours
- Additional items as requested by administration
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Exhibits versatility using technology; proficiency with Google Suite highly preferred
- Displays a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Effectively manages time and prioritizes work appropriately
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Shows evidence of spiritual maturity and has a personal Christian testimony

The Administrative Assistant (Early Education) is supervised and evaluated by the Director of Early Education.
Commitment Required
This full-time, non-exempt, position works 8 hours daily when school is in session, ten days before school begins and 10 days after it ends. This position does not work over school breaks, e-learning days, or weather-related delays or cancellations. This position is located at the Lakewood Park North Campus 1600 S. Grandstaff Drive Auburn, IN 46706.
