Job Description

We seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential day-to-day support to our management team and staff. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that keep our office running smoothly — including payroll support, accounts payable coordination, and general office management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in organized, efficient work.



 



Key Responsibilities




  • Process and monitor payroll using Paycom; execute payroll runs and related tasks

  • Provide administrative support to managers, including data compilation and spreadsheets

  • Manage accounts payable: match and verify invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders; code for accounting

  • Track, verify, and process expense reports and petty cash reimbursements; issue checks

  • Initiate and monitor Workers' Compensation claims; coordinate with the W/C provider

  • Order and maintain office supplies, business cards, and marketing materials

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Maintain office equipment and general filing systems

  • Take notes at staff meetings and distribute summaries

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
