We seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential day-to-day support to our management team and staff. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that keep our office running smoothly — including payroll support, accounts payable coordination, and general office management. Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor payroll using Paycom; execute payroll runs and related tasks
- Provide administrative support to managers, including data compilation and spreadsheets
- Manage accounts payable: match and verify invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders; code for accounting
- Track, verify, and process expense reports and petty cash reimbursements; issue checks
- Initiate and monitor Workers' Compensation claims; coordinate with the W/C provider
- Order and maintain office supplies, business cards, and marketing materials
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office equipment and general filing systems
- Take notes at staff meetings and distribute summaries
- Perform other related duties as assigned
