Description
- Oversee and maintain the residents personal fund accounts and savings accounts.
- Liaison to SRS office for those residents covered by the State Medicaid program.
- Assure that the weekly supply order is correct, current and timely.
- Provides information and tours to prospective residents and families in the absence of the administrator.
- Meets with new residents and families and completes the admission packet in the absence of Social Service Designee.
- Receives sorts and distributes mail daily.
- Maintains current disaster tags for each resident.
- Maintains record of staff safety training.
- Maintains a collection of all current forms used by the facility.
- Assists therapists with skilled requirements by notifying the family of any change.
- Maintains all Medicare skilled paperwork and ensures that it is completed timely.
- Maintain overflow and discharged resident records.
- Maintain current resident medical records ensuring proper signage by providers.
- Maintains a current listing on all residents and responsible parties, financial status, staff hire and termination dates, current TB, certificates and licensure, all facility birthdays and training and performance development dates.
- Acts as a liaison between system Human Resources Department and Eastridge facility associates.
- Supports and abides by the mission, values, and policies of CHCS in all activities.
- On-going compliance with CHCS educational requirements.
- All other duties as required.
Requirements
Three plus years of experience in an office setting
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite Product

Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or Part Time position available
