JOBS SUMMARY
Oversee daily front desk activities while performing comprehensive administrative and clerical duties to support organizational operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or GED.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Trustworthy to enter secured areas and lock-up buildings.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answers main phone lines.
  • Orders minor office equipment, i.e., files, folders, etc.
  • Schedule Fed Ex, UPS Express, etc., orders.
  • Assists with Purchasing Order hotline.
  • Assists Accounting with invoice processing.
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the construction industry.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Required to maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • May be required to submit to periodic background checks if position requires access to security sensitive business locations and/or systems.
