Huntington University has an opening for an Administrative Assistant for the Center for Spiritual Formation. The Administrative Assistant for the Center for Spiritual Formation provides administrative support to the Campus Pastors and Center for Spiritual Formation team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong desire to serve others and a commitment to being a faithful steward of university resources
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Possess a high level of problem-solving skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Computer skills including email, Microsoft Office programs (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook / Teams) & comfortable learning various software programs (Canva, iAttended/uAttended, Jenzabar, Formstack, Discord)
  • Professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor
  • Ability to relate well with and care well for students

Work Schedule: This is a part time, 10-month, non-exempt position, working 25 hours per week.
