    East Moline School District #37 is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant for Transportation. 
     

    Qualification Requirements:

    1. High School graduate
    2. Ability to operate general office equipment and computers
    3. Strong organizational skills
    4. Must be skilled at working in a team atmosphere
    5. Customer service skills for communicating with families on the phone.
    6. Such additional qualifications as the Board may find appropriate

    Fluency in Spanish, French or Arabic preferred. 

    This is a ten month, 4 hours per day position. Work hours are 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. 


    Salary - Placement on the central office secretary salary schedule. Starting wage for external candidates is $20.18. Internal candidates' rate will be based on years of district experience. 

    This position is not eligible for benefits on its own. However, the position may be combined with a playground supervisor or substitute bus monitor/bus driver position for 6.5 hours of work a day, to become benefits eligible. Benefits information is available on the EMSD Benefits Webpage.
