Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations and helps create a positive, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role provides administrative and operational support, assists with office events and team engagement activities, and serves as a professional representative of Frampton Construction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service while embodying FCC's core values.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and office logistics as needed.
  • Assist with document management, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication needs.
  • Help coordinate office events, team meetings, employee engagement activities, and community initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist with processing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting internal administrative workflows.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications of Position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar, contact, and task management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive team player with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Receptive to feedback and willing to learn and grow.
