Job Summary:
- Performs a variety of duties to serve as a representative and support for Administration team
- Reports to Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Essential Functions:
- Gathers and maintains data and documentation. Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications
- Provides a professional environment for patients, staff, vendors, and visitors. Receives, screens, and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems as appropriate. Works with all levels of internal management and staff for project coordination
- Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements
- Retains and organizes agenda and minutes for committee meetings
- Possess a strong degree of sensitivity to confidential matters
Required Skills:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Associate's Degree, preferred
- Minimum one year previous administrative assistant or secretarial experience
