GTA is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator / Office Administrator to help keep our Charlotte office running smoothly. This role serves as a key resource for office operations, staff support, project coordination, and communication between our local office and corporate teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities needs
- Coordinate meetings, office events, and team activities
- Provide administrative support to office leadership and department managers
- Assist with new employee onboarding and office coordination
- Set up new projects and support billing and project administration activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, vendors, and corporate departments
- Partner with HR, Accounting, Billing, and Marketing to support office needs
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and office processes
