Hanson International, located in St. Joseph, Michigan, specializes in the design, build, sample, and inspection of precision molds – primarily for the die cast industry. Hanson International is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time administrative assistant role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
- Creating and maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Providing general clerical support
- Supporting the President’s calendar (must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management)
- Supporting the President’s calendar
- Coordinating on- and off-site meetings for the President and HR
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Assisting with HR-related projects
- Creating invitations, birthday notices, and welcome notices
- Running clerical errands and handling miscellaneous duties
- Must be good with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Calendar management for the President
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Active learning, good judgment, and time management skills.
- Strong math and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team to achieve goals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
